We would love meeting you early on to establish a headstart in capturing the important aspects on communication protocols, timelines, scope, roles and expectations.

EXPECTATIONS ANALYSIS

We will work closely with you to determine requirements of the given project covering areas in both technical and creative aspects right up to an organisational perspective.

IA & CONTENT STRATEGY

Using a gained understanding off our early conversations, we will audit existing content (quantitatively & qualitatively) that goes into creating a site map to show you where everything accurately belongs.

SEARCH STRATEGY

A document will be opened to compile a summary of best practices that includes best practices for Search Engine Optimization, including page structure, URL syntaxt, meta data and content hierarchy.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

In this stage, all the critical found early on will be compiled here in a concise document that outlines search, technical, content, and creative strategies respectively.

DESIGNING
PROCESS

UX SKETCHES

We will walk through with you on establishing an interactive process on mapping-out rough wireframes or UX sketches to unfold key views.

PAGE LAYOUT

This process identifies each content area in a given order of priority by lining-up the most important messages that helps communicate each area.

INTERACTION DESIGN

Arriving at this part would mean proceeding with wireframing and documenting remaining views, with the functionalists established by the page layout and feature list.

VISUAL DESIGN

Once documentation of functionalists have been established, we'll proceed with layering branding elements which includes color palettes and typography that will bring out the unique look & feel.

STYLE GUIDE DOCUMENTS

This process involves creating a style guide document to ensure proper implementation of the design system. This would cover every detail from the grid to hover/touch states, typography styles right up to the content messaging.

CREATING THE BASE

Right after receiving the design input, we proceed to look for the right framework and library to create the following solution.

BREAK IT DOWN

Once a required technology has been identified, we will go further by breaking down the project into smaller pieces / modules.

MAKING THE CLOCK TICK

Over here, you will find us going through a lot of coding exercises with a good amount of testing of each module internally to ensure a quality finish.

PREPARE THE SYSTEM

Once we know every part of the system has been carried-out purposefully to every detail, we ready for a beta/user acceptance testing.

This part is where we go over everything with you using a fine-tooth comb approach such as creating issues listings and more to weed-out kinks.

Here is where we proceed to the commissioning part extensively taking up quite a bit technical procedures where many of our customers are happy to leave us alone to handle it.
